Really pleased how the Eco Schools Tour went and how the children have taken on board the need to ‘make a difference’ to save the environment. I felt it was important to directly support my home town in Yorkshire and London where I currently live, therefore, I am keen to inspire schools in these catchments in the lead up to my official single release of ‘Breathe’ on the 30th March.
It’s so stimulating to be the Eco-Ambassador for Keep Britain Tidy and visiting the schools refuels my passion and drive to continue touring to ensure that as many pupils can be encouraged to protect and understand key fundamental issues and concerns surrounding the environment.
The song ‘Breathe’ and it’s lyrics reinforce the key message of the ‘world is in our hands’ and I truly hope that my efforts can leave a footprint that a small change can make a difference for all our futures. By 2050, without change there will be no future.
As the tours are so successful, I am planning a tour of European Schools around spring this year, as the need to spread the eco message and share the lyrics of ‘Breathe’ drives me as an artist. Already many schools have excitedly embraced this song as their main school anthem, that gives me so much pleasure and reward to know that I have already made a diference in my own way.
